Other necessary job functions: Participate in Quality Assurance, Safety, PIPs and other committees as required. Provide a safe working environment for staff members, promptly reporting any accidents and implement corrective and preventive action appropriately Participate in daily morning meetings. Provide education and coaching to nursing staff as needed to improve patient/resident outcomes. Provide clinical backup to floors as needed.
