The on-call caregiver should be a seasoned, experienced caregiver for senior citizens. HHA or CNA certification is desired, but a strong work history with elderly clients would be seriously considered if applicant was non-certified. The on-call caregiver has potential to make a significant amount of money. Full time work, overtime pay and a flat rate on call payment could all be combined in one pay period to make for a large payout. Conducts client and family consultations and draws out client and family needs, routines and preferences related to their care plan Supervises, mentors and supports caregivers Maintains complete, accurate and timely client records in WellSky Displays positivity and professionalism representing the company in communities and facilities Other general office and clerical functions The ideal LPN should be able to commute to our office in Newton, and travel to neighboring towns as needed. Coverage area: Newton, Wellesley, Brookline, Needham, Waltham, Sudbury, Wayland, Weston, Natick, Framingham, Marlboro.
