Ability to incorporate this knowledge into a training program for employees, assuring training and hours needed to attain certification. Ability to monitor budgets and review program productivity and/or performance, and to assist in annual budget development. Emotional stability, maturity, warmth, openness and the ability to work effectively with a diverse, indigent population. More than five (5) years continuous sobriety and/or recovery from mood altering drugs, with active participation in recovery, if applicable.
