Administer medications (including IV), blood products, and tube feedings. Insert and manage IV and central lines, including PICC lines. Perform wound care, tracheostomy care, ventilator care, and suctioning. Measure and monitor vital signs, pain, and hemodynamics. Coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers. Report and document patient safety incidents using the Joint Patient Safety Report (JPRS) system. Comply with PPE and hand hygiene protocols. Qualifications Current, unrestricted RN license from a U.S. state, territory, or D.C. Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ACEN or CCNE). Credentialed through VetPro. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification (for ICU, Stepdown, and Emergency Room). Negative TB test within the past 12 months.
