Patient Population: Post cardiotomy, cardiology Interventional, Post Vascular Surgical/Interventional, Advanced heart Failure. Cardiac ICU – CABG, CRRT, Impella, Swan, AIBP, etc. This unit operates as a Cardiac Universal Bed (CUB) in that they have Cardiac ICU and Cardiac Telemetry patients. All nurses on the unit must be comfortable caring for both. Required Experience: Candidates MUST have minimum of 2yr of true, recent ICU RN experience. Patient Ratios: 1:2 ICU and 1:4 Tele/PCU Seasonal Commitment Information Full-time Seasonal weekly requirements are three 12-hour shifts for the 13-week contract (excludes 1 st week of orientation) $1,500 completion bonus for meeting minimum productive time $51 Seasonal rate.
