Location: Alliance Multi-specialty Clinic and Urgent Care Center Department: Alliance Multispecialty Shift: First Shift (United States of America) Standard Weekly Hours: 20 Summary: A Registered Nurse skilled to deliver individualized nursing care to patients/families according to their identified needs. The nursing care is based on the nursing process and augments the medical plan of treatment appropriate to the Specialty Clinic. Education & Experience: Graduate of accredited nursing program. Minimum of one-year pediatric nursing experience preferred. Experience in a clinical setting preferred. Specialty Clinic experience preferred. Certification/Licensure: Current permit or license to practice professional nursing in the State of Texas. Current BLS Certification. Will obtain advanced life support certification within two years from their date of hire/transfer date. Other certification may be required by department. Assists in the preparation and delivery of ambulatory patient care as directed by provider(s) and other licensed clinical personnel. The care is based on the nursing process and augments the medical plan of treatment appropriate to the ambulatory care setting with an emphasis on good customer relations. Education and Experience High School diploma required. Either a graduate of an accredited MA school OR a current MA certification required. Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification Current BLS Certification required. National certification preferred.
