The CN provides physical, emotional and spiritual support that directly/indirectly impacts the patient outcomes and care provided to patients/ families/ significant others. Education: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred. Licensure/Certification/Registration: Valid Ohio RN license Experience: Previous hospital-based RN experience is preferred. Knowledge/Skills Must be able to multitask with constant interruptions while maintaining a pleasant demeanor Basic computer knowledge Strong organization skills Effective interpersonal and communication skills
