Notify supervisor of clothing needs as they occur. Prepare residents for meals, assist with serving meals and feeding of residents. May be cross trained in Assisted Living. Performs a variety of invasive and non invasive technical skills and specialized patient care procedures as well as other duties to support 24 hours of hospital operations. Job Specific Duties Receives patient care assignment from the registered nurse (RN) in charge. Initiates delegated tasks based on demonstrated competence in performing nursing activities. Assists patients with activities of daily living to include bathing, personal hygiene, nutrition and comfort measures, changing bed linens, and diapers.
