Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our per diem team at Unity Health and Rehabilitation Center in Miami, Florida. As a per diem RN, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to our residents, while working in a dynamic and nurturing environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care to residents, including administration of medications, wound care, and treatment plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Monitor patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the medical director and care team
Participate in shift reports and communicate effectively with colleagues
Ensure a safe and clean environment for residents and staff
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment

Requirements:

Current RN license in the state of Florida
1 year of experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting
Strong nursing skills and ability to work independently

Ability to lift, transfer, and move residents as needed
