Description Countryside Health Care of Milford currently has LPN positions available on all 3 shifts but has a great need for 3-11 and 11-7. We are looking for dynamic, team oriented LPN's who enjoy working with a variety of patients to assist them with obtaining optimum function either within the LTC setting or to assist them with their successful return to home from our active Rehabilitation Unit.
