We are seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide high-quality care, supervise CNAs, and support residents in a skilled nursing environment in Walpole, MA.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide nursing care according to facility policies and safe practices

  • Supervise CNA staff on assigned units

  • Administer medications and treatments

  • Monitor and report changes in the resident condition

  • Assist with admissions, discharges, and care coordination

  • Maintain accurate documentation

  • Promote teamwork, professionalism, and resident-centered care

Qualifications:

  • Current, unencumbered Massachusetts RN license

  • Strong communication and critical-thinking skills

  • Ability to handle situations with professionalism and tact

  • Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred
