We are seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide high-quality care, supervise CNAs, and support residents in a skilled nursing environment in Walpole, MA.

Responsibilities:

Provide nursing care according to facility policies and safe practices
Supervise CNA staff on assigned units
Administer medications and treatments
Monitor and report changes in the resident condition
Assist with admissions, discharges, and care coordination
Maintain accurate documentation

Qualifications:

Current, unencumbered Massachusetts RN license
