The Dawn Hill Home for Rehab and Healthcare is seeking an experienced Director of MDS (RN) to lead the clinical assessment and reimbursement process within our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. This role oversees MDS operations for a center with a census of up to 133 residents and includes supervision of one additional MDS nurse . This position plays a critical role in ensuring accurate assessments, regulatory compliance, strong interdisciplinary care planning, and optimized reimbursement under PDPM.
