The Staffing Coordinator collaborates with the Director of Nursing and Nurse Leadership team to facilitate quality care for the residents. This position is responsible for coordinating all Nursing, Certified Medication Aide (CMA) and Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) schedules for each calendar month and finding replacements in order to meet all staffing guidelines. The Staffing Coordinator will provide daily and weekly reporting reflecting Nursing, CMA and CNA hours worked.
