Job Description RN WEEKEND WARRIORS Registered Nurse Working Supervisor Rate: $60/ hour includes shift differentials Available Shifts: 7pm-7am Every Saturday and Sunday The RN Nurse Supervisor plans, controls and executes the nursing services required by the residents. Supervises the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility in accordance with local, state, and federal requirements, to ensure that the residents receive the highest quality of care at all times. Together with the Nursing Director, the RN Registered Nurse Supervisor plans the operation of nursing services and the provision of emergency support requirements for tour of duty. Plans the coordination of nursing activities in line with medical needs, physician instructions and the general nursing care plan. Qualifications: The RN Registered Nurse Supervisor must hold a current state RN license and be a Registered Nurse in good standing. Must have previous experience in a supervisory capacity. Assistant Director of Nursing (ADNS) Duties Assist the Director of Nursing Services (DNS) in daily clinical operations and overall management of the nursing team. Act as a resource for nursing staff, offering guidance, training, and support in clinical practices and resident care.
