Manages regulatory problems as they arise. As part of clinical leadership, provides clinical consultation and support (by phone, Teams, or other methods) to clinical team members for the management of urgent and ongoing clinical issues. Continues active clinical practice as a licensed clinician, delivering patient care in centers 1 day per week, on average. Works and collaborates with all the members of the Clinical Services Team (CST) to support the services provided at PPSNE. Oversees student clinical preceptor arrangements with colleges/universities, health centers and volunteer services. Graduation from a recognized Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant or Nurse Midwife training program or Medical School with a concentration in adult, family practice, or women’s health. Appropriate professional certification (ANCC, NCC, ACNM, NCCPA or MD) Current state licensure in CT and RI as a Nurse Practitioner, Physician's Assistant or Medical Doctor required. CPR certification. Minimum of 5 years of reproductive health experience in direct patient care. Minimum of 3 years of management experience preferred. Clinical teaching experience preferred.
