About the Role: Department Overview Braselton’s Medical Intermediate Care (IMC) and Progressive Cardiac Care (PCCU) is a 24-bed unit with all private rooms. As a Medical IMC and PCCU unit, care is provided for a variety of intermediate care medical patients and progressive cardiac care patients including but not limited to: General Medical Patients requiring more frequent monitoring Patients requiring more frequent monitoring, which may include advanced respiratory support such as BiPap, HiFlo Oxygen, and Vapotherm Endocrine Emergencies requiring more frequent monitoring Gastroenterology requiring more frequent monitoring Alcohol withdrawal with CIWA score

Works under the direction and supervision of the licensed nurse. Qualifications REQUIRED A current nursing student who has successfully completed one clinical course in an approved nursing program. Certified in American Heart Association’s Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS).
