What You’ll Do At DBH Serve as a core member of the interdisciplinary treatment team, contributing nursing expertise to the development and execution of individualized psychiatric care plans. Continuously observe, assess, and document patients’ mental status, behaviors, and responses to psychiatric medications and interventions to guide treatment adjustments. Function as Charge Nurse by coordinating and directing psychiatric nursing care, supporting staff performance, and ensuring a safe, structured, and recovery-focused environment. Provide critical clinical input for treatment documentation, including progress notes, care plans, and multidisciplinary reports, ensuring comprehensive and accurate patient records.
