The Dialysis Hospital Services Nurse (Acute RN) provides specialized dialysis, renal nursing care, and if contractually required, plasmapheresis treatments in our Lahey Hospital Services acute hemodialysis unit. The Acute RN collaborates with hospital and outpatient care team members to ensure patients receive the safest care with the highest-quality outcomes. Schedule: Potential full-time shifts vary from four 10-hour shifts or three 12-hour shifts starting at 6am and are set upon hiring. Some positions are on call 24/7, and rotating call may be required at some locations. Compensation: Pay range from $40.00-$58.61 per hour, depending on nursing and dialysis experience; experience preferred. Job Description: As an RN in Endoscopy, you will assume responsibility to lead the Endoscopy patient care team in providing quality patient care. Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates patient care from admission to discharge. Schedule: 36 hours a week, Full-time day shift, Monday-Friday. On-call is required. The average amount of on-call is 4-5 shifts per month. Weekday hours will be either 5:30 pm-11 pm or 11pm-6 am and weekend and holidays are 7am-7 pm or 7 pm-7 am. You are paid an hourly on-call rate, and if called in, you will be paid time and a half.
