Minimum Qualifications: 

1. Three (3) years of demonstrated clinical nursing practice including progressive leadership responsibilities. 

2. Registered Nurse (RN) License. 

3. Basic Life Support (BLS) certified. 

4. Certifications (i.e. ACLS, PALS) relevant to the department and type of care being provided may be required.

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

1. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).

2. Specialty Nursing certifications. 

3. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required for ICU, ED, PACU, and Cardiac intervential unit.

Job Overview The position provides a supportive role to the clinical management team and performs a variety of duties in the coordination of the delivery of care to patients and families in their homes. Triages calls related to patient care, including physician orders, staff issues and other clinical issues. Three (3) years of community health experience required or combination of at least one year of acute medical/surgical nursing experience and 2 years of home health experience required. Job Overview The RN Complex Care provides direct nursing care to patients and their families in accordance with established policies, procedures, and practices in a complex care area. Location : Lowell General- Saints Campus Hours : 7:00PM-7:00AM. Every third weekend- holiday rotation required Job Description Minimum Qualifications: 1. Massachusetts RN Licensure. 2. 0 – Less than 12 Months of RN Experience. 3. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification. 4. Department Specific: Certification(s) relevant to the department and the type of patient care being provided may be required. Preferred Qualifications: 1. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). Recognizes patient/family rights through support of their informed decisions and advanced directives. Continually evaluates and revises the care plan according to changes in the patient’s health status. Develops a comprehensive discharge plan utilizing appropriate resources and referrals including community resources. Supports the development of new staff members and helps facilitate their transition into unit. Participates in professional development by identifying learning needs and seeking appropriate education.
