This provider will also assist with Rapid Response and Code Blue efforts throughout the hospital in collaboration with additional Critical Care Nurse Practitioners. As you progress through your training, you will have the opportunity to obtain further procedural skills that will result in the ability to intubate, place central lines and arterial lines, and manage ventilators. Once fully credentialed you will be able to begin rotating into the ICU to gradually gain exposure to more acutely ill patients.
