The RN will be responsible for ensuring timely, accurate completion of assigned assessments, quarterly aide supervisions, and maintaining all required documentation in accordance with agency and DOH guidelines. Duties and Responsibilities: Communicate proactively with facility administration prior to scheduled assessments to ensure all necessary paperwork and information are prepared.
