We are looking for a energetic Registered Nurse interested in supervising the day program of Adult Daycare. 

Hours are estimated to be from 7:30am-3:30pm- to be confirmed by the Program Director.

The primary purpose of your job position would be to supervise the day-to-day activities of the Adult Daycare Program during your tour of duty. Such supervision must be in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility, and as may be required by the Director of Nursing Services, to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times

Duties Include:

 

  •  Supervise the activities of all personnel to ensure that registrants receive assistance in accordance with their plan of care.

  •  Establish and maintain open and effective communication with registrants, families, employees and significant others.

  • Implement approaches and services to maintain or enhance registrant independence.

  • Initiate action plans and family conferences for resolving problems identified by registrants, family members or employees

  • Develop and maintain documentation in registrant files pertaining to problems/progress presented by residents, families and employees.
