Perkins Hospital Center (CTPHC) by providing executive leadership, strategic oversight, and system-wide coordination of the hospital’s Quality, Safety, and Performance Improvement infrastructure. This position ensures that quality assurance, performance improvement, risk management, patient safety, and environment of care programs are effectively integrated across all service lines in alignment with federal, state, and accreditation standards (e.g., The Joint Commission and OHCQ).
