This position will be day shift, full time. The Inpatient and Skilled Nursing Facility Nurse (RN) are responsible for assessing, planning, providing and documenting direct and indirect nursing care for a designated group of hospital patients or skilled nursing facility residents in accordance with the physician's plan of care. Administers medications according to policy and monitors patient/resident’s response and documents in the electronic medical record according to policy. The Clinical RN III (CNPA) will be responsible to plan, assess and implement nursing care based on sound nursing judgements based on patient needs. Provide professional nursing care for physician's office patients following established standards and practices. Work collaboratively with physicians and staff in delivery of patient care.
