Supervising, directing and developing nursing staff and Reporting to the Unit Manager to ensure quality patient care on the Unit. Qualifications: · Must be a Registered Nurse with license in good standing. · Experience in Acute Care within the last two years · Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care. · Recent Charge Nurse experience · Must possess leadership and supervisory ability and the willingness to work harmoniously with and supervise other personnel. · Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies, sales representatives, and the public.
