As the Clinical Nurse Manager for Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and NICU, you will: coordinate all aspects of clinical care to ensure high quality, family-centered services; assist with staffing and scheduling; provide clinical education; foster a collaborative, supportive environment that promotes critical thinking and professional growth; lead and round with the team; guide performance and quality improvement initiatives.

This is a full time position working 9:30p-7:30a, 4 shifts per week, including weekends, at NYP/Hudson Valley Hospital in Cortland Manor, NY.

Preferred Criteria

  • Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)
  • Previous leadership or charge nurse experience
  • Previous NICU experience

Required Criteria

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
  • Current NY RN license
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of L&D experience, some at the supervisory level
  • BLS and ACLS certification through American Heart Association
  • EFM certification (NCC or PQF)
  • NRP certification
