If you have additional questions, contact recruiter at: Rani.Gosnell@HSHS.ORG HSHS Medical Group is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Pracititioner to join an established and very busy practice. -Work in a spacious clinic based on the campus of HSHS Good Shepherd Hospital in Shelbyville, Illinois -Located just 3 hours from Chicago and an hour from Champaign (home of University of Illinios) -Clinic hours Monday through Friday -EPIC EMR -Thriving practice with 5 providers, ample space for growth Good Shepherd Hospital is a 30-bed facility that provides emergency care, laboratory and imaging services in the Shelbyville community 24/7. The hospital features an advanced surgery department, inpatient care, rehabilitative therapy and a wide variety of outpatient services. Compensation and Benefit Highlights: -Competitive Salary and opportunities to bonus -Sign on bonus -Paid CME + Time Off Education Qualifications Master’s degree in Nursing is required. Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing PLUS 5 years relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree. Doctoral degree in Nursing is preferred. Experience Qualifications Experience in management of patients across the care continuum preferred. Certifications, Licenses and Registrations Licensed in the state of practice as Advanced Practice Registered Nurse is required. Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services (WDSPS) or Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required. Board certification from the National Certification Corporation is preferred. Controlled Substance license in state of practice is preferred. Federal DEA license is preferred. Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification is preferred.
