Helping Hearts USA LLC is hiring compassionate, dependable caregivers who want meaningful work and a schedule that stays consistent.

Shift Options (8 hours/day: 4 hours AM + 4 hours PM)

Choose a schedule that fits typical client routines (morning care + evening support):

  • 6:00 AM–10:00 AM + 2:00 PM–6:00 PM

  • 7:00 AM–11:00 AM + 3:00 PM–7:00 PM

  • 8:00 AM–12:00 PM + 4:00 PM–8:00 PM

  • 9:00 AM–1:00 PM + 5:00 PM–9:00 PM

  • 10:00 AM–2:00 PM + 6:00 PM–10:00 PM

  • 11:00 AM–3:00 PM + 7:00 PM–11:00 PM

(Additional variations available based on client needs and location.)

What You’ll Do

  • Personal care support (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility)

  • Companionship and engagement

  • Light housekeeping and laundry

  • Meal prep and basic nutrition support

  • Medication reminders and wellness observation (non-medical)

  • Transportation to errands/appointments (as assigned)

Requirements

  • Caregiving experience preferred

  • Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and insurance

  • Pass background check (15-year) and drug screening (if applicable)

  • Provide 5 professional references

  • Provide required employment documents, including:

    • Social Security card

    • Birth certificate

    • Proof of identity/work authorization (I-9 compliant)
