Overview The Intake & Referral Coordinator is a member of the Intake Team and the Home Health Senior RN Team. Responsible for the collection and verification of intake and referral information necessary to screen and process patients appropriate for admission to the home health program. Responsible for oversight of Insurance Preauthorization, Precertification, and Re-authorization. Coordinates the entire intake process. Nuclear Med Technologist - DeKalb Nuclear Medicine - FT - 1st Shift

Performs clinical nuclear medicine testing including general studies, cardiac studies, and the computer interactions associated with these studies. Contributes to the development of policies, procedures, standards and objectives, and quality assurance needs for the provision of Nuclear Medicine services Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Require ARRT Licensure or NMTCB Licensure Experience: Twelve months of clinical experience in Nuclear Medicine is preferred. Maintains established standards of care, policies, objective, and goals in administering professional nursing care to all patients.
