Department Centralized Clinical Services Job Summary Sarasota Memorial Health Care System is seeking CRNAs with great communication and interpersonal skills to join the Anesthesiology team at Sarasota Memorial Hospital in Sarasota, FL. Highlights of the Opportunity: A full-time CRNA is expected to cover 176 shifts annually, with additional pay for extra shifts. Diverse mix of cases including Cardiac, Endo, General Surgery, Neuro, OB, Oncology, Ortho, Robotics, Spine, Vascular, and Level II Trauma. Staffing model planned is 40+ Anesthesiologists, and 100+ CRNAs covering 70+ sites including Cath Lab, IR, Endo. Average anesthesia volume is 55,000 cases annually. Physicians will have oversight of CRNA’s. Incentive/Benefits Package: Competitive compensation package with tiered salary ranges based on years of experience. W-2 position with Health Care System that has an excellent reputation and history of providing quality care. $210K+ starting base salary and up based on experience, $30,000 retention bonuses are offered along with a relocation allowance. Premium pay calculation if a clinician works past the scheduled shift. Premium calculation also applies if a clinician opts to pick-up extra shifts.
