Lead educational initiatives to meet APP continuing education needs. Maintain efficient perioperative workflow and oversee scheduling. Collaborate with leadership to resolve conflicts and maintain a positive work environment. Supervise and evaluate staff APPs, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures. Oversee recruitment efforts for quality APPs in collaboration with recruitment teams. Maintain readiness for regulatory inspections and evaluations. Foster strong communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders. Highlights of Opportunity/Qualified Candidates: Team of 10 General Anesthesiologists, 14 APPs covering 9 sites of service Diverse mix of cases including General, GI, Obstetrics, Neuro, Complex Neuro/Spine and Bariatric. Ped experience desirable but not required. Pediatric Anesthesiologists on the team. Level III NICU. OB experience required. Additional 10K stipend offered. Neuro experience preferred.
