What You Will Do: The good news is that your training will teach you everything you need to know to succeed as a caregiver. Even if you have minimal experience with caregiving, our extensive training will be sure you are prepared for your work tasks. Some common tasks and responsibilities: · Perform light housekeeping · Take clients on walks as well as helping with daily exercise · Able to prepare basic meal (you don’t need to be a gourmet chef) · Medication/Appointment reminders · Assist with daily activities (dressing, grooming, toileting,positioning,bathing) · Involvement with conversation, games, and puzzles · Transportation for shopping, appointments, or errands Must Haves · Must be 18 years of age · Must have high school diploma or GED · Must have the ability to pass a full employment background check · Positive attitude, caring nature, and desire to make a difference in someone’s life Why Right at Home?
