Position Pay Range: $51.66-$74.92/hour

- ~40% direct patient care - daily nurse visits for injection and CGM placements and education, & ~60% phones and in-basket management.
- Performing patient assessments, care tasks, and medication administration as appropriate.
- Assisting glucose monitoring education for diabetic patients.
- Educate patients and document patient interactions while practicing infection control.
- Contributing to the team as necessary to ensure quality patient care within your own scope of practice.
- CA RN license
- BLS through the American Heart Association
- ADN or Nursing Diploma
- One year outpatient RN experience
- Diabetes education
- 1-2 years RN experience
