Position: Full-Time

Schedule: 72 hours every two weeks, 12-Hour Night Shifts (1900-0730) on varied days, including some holidays and weekends.

About The Role

As a Registered Nurse in the Float Pool, you’ll become an integral part of a highly engaged team providing exceptional patient care in a compassionate and welcoming environment. Our nurses thrive in a collaborative culture that prioritizes quality care and enhances the patient experience.

Responsibilities

  • Patient Care: Deliver direct care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient progress towards expected outcomes.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal care and support for patients and their families.
  • Leadership: Take primary responsibility for patient care, guiding the Care Team under your supervision to foster a team-oriented approach.

As part of our site-based float pool (SBFP), you will have the chance to float among four major Med/Surg Telemetry units, gaining diverse experiences while providing quality care.
