About The Role

Responsibilities

Patient Care: Deliver direct care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient progress towards expected outcomes.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal care and support for patients and their families.
Leadership: Take primary responsibility for patient care, guiding the Care Team under your supervision to foster a team-oriented approach.

As part of our site-based float pool (SBFP), you will have the chance to float among four major Med/Surg Telemetry units, gaining diverse experiences while providing quality care.
