We are seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join our busy, patient-centered urgent care team. We have openings in our Frazer/Malvern and West Chester locations in Pennsylvania. You’ll play a key role in delivering efficient, high-quality care to patients of all ages — working alongside a collaborative, experienced team that values clinical excellence and professional growth. This position operates within an AFC franchised location, a nationally recognized healthcare brand.

Key Responsibilities

Independently perform comprehensive patient assessments, histories, and physical exams.
Diagnose and implement evidence-based treatment plans for acute conditions across all age groups.
Order and interpret diagnostic studies, including X-rays, labs, and EKGs.
Perform a wide range of procedures such as suturing, splinting, incision and drainage, and wound care.
Promote patient education focused on prevention and wellness.
Document clinical encounters accurately and efficiently in our EMR.
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary staff to ensure exceptional care, operational efficiency, and outstanding patient experiences.

Qualifications

Active NP or PA license in Pennsylvania, with unrestricted DEA certification.
Board Certified (ANCC, AANP, or NCCPA).
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or a comparable fast-paced setting.
Demonstrated confidence in performing procedures, interpreting X-rays and tests, and managing high patient volumes independently.
Proficient and comfortable treating all ages.
DOT certification preferred
Current BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Professional, patient-focused demeanor with the ability to multitask and work independently.
