This role is pivotal in ensuring the delivery of safe and therapeutic resident care from admission through discharge, in collaboration with physicians, families, and other members of the multi-disciplinary healthcare team. Responsibilities of the RN Supervisor: Supervise staff providing direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration, assessments, wound care, and documentation. Oversee the day-to-day nursing activities performed by Nursing Assistants. Mandatory Qualifications: Nursing Degree from an accredited program or college/university.
