The RN House Supervisor of Nursing Administration has responsibility and accountability for the administrative and clinical functions of patient care services during the hours when other management and administrative staff are not present on-site. Assesses the resident to determine the accuracy of documented assessments but not limited to MDS, Change of Condition, and accidents or all other safety-related events.
