Experience : Three-year prior psychiatric experience in mental health nursing. Previous clinical supervisor role in a psychiatric setting preferred. Knowledge/Skills: Possess knowledge of general and psychiatric nursing processes, therapeutic relationships and processes, age specific growth and development, limit setting, crisis and behavior management, and have CPR training. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Must be self-motivated, results-oriented individual who is customer focused.
