Demonstrates initiative in remaining current in the organization and department policies, procedures, and standards. Evaluates effectiveness of care giving, shows follow through on delivery, demonstrates critical thinking skills by making appropriate clinical decisions, proactively addresses actual and potential problems, and executing compliant clinical documentation. Assist with educating patients and families and serves as a resource on department standards for patient care. This is a full-time position with weekend and holiday rotation required.
