We seek a Registered Nurse (RN) with exceptional skills and empathy to join our team at a Skilled Nursing Facility. As an RN, your role will ensure that resident's needs are met by following professional standards of practice and complying with regulations. You will assess, evaluate, and collaborate with the Director of Nursing to address patients' emotional, physical, and cognitive requirements. Responsibilities: Provide direct nursing care, including medication administration, vital sign monitoring, and documenting resident condition changes.
