This Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will work alongside the HSHS Market Executive Medical Director and Market Director of Operations to lead and represent the APPs practicing in the Central Market. The HSHS Medical Group Southern Market includes O’Fallon, Highland, Breese, Greenville, Maryville, Troy, and Edwardsville. This leader will hold direct responsibility and co-chair the HSHS Physician Enterprise APP Council. Additionally, this leader will have involvement in strategic initiatives for the HSHS Physician Enterprise. This APP Lead will work in their leadership role for 40% of their full-time role and will remain in clinical practice for the other 60% of their full-time role.
