Level II NICU with delivery service and 24 hour Neo available by phone and in-person Provide primary and consultative neonatal care, especially in the NICU. Participate in high-risk deliveries alongside physicians. Manage admissions, rounds, and ongoing care for ill or premature newborns. Perform neonatal procedures: resuscitation, line placements, ventilator support. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team—including neonatologists, nurses, therapists, and lactation consultants.
