The APP will perform comprehensive assessments, develop and manage individualized treatment plans, perform minor procedures within their scope of practice, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Conduct detailed histories and physical examinations focused on pain management.
