NP / PA SPECIALTY - INFECTIOUS DISEASE & OPAT

We are seeking a highly motivated APP who is looking for an opportunity to work with an integral team providing continuity of care for patients requiring infectious disease (ID) care. This APP will be dedicated to SRMC and this role is hybrid working in both the inpatient floors and OPAT clinic. Schedule expectation is Monday-Friday. No nights, weekends, or call.  Morning inpatient rounds will include follow up on existing ID patients working on concert with ID and hospitalist attendings to ensure appropriate care coordination for patients being discharged to SNF, rehab, or home. Afternoon outpatient management will include modifying and creating management plans for ongoing therapy including parenteral antimicrobial therapy. The APP will always be supported by physician counterparts and will attend weekly ID lectures and ID conferences.
