Position Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver high-quality nursing care to our residents. In this crucial role, you will collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to promote the well-being of our residents, administer medications, and assist with daily activities. EHR Proficiency: Familiarity with electronic health record systems is a plus. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written skills, alongside excellent organizational abilities.
