Documents results in UChart. Ensures all medical and technology equipment is in working condition. Contact IT and/or the supervisor to address any malfunctioning equipment within 24 hours. Collaborates with healthcare providers, patients, parents, and school administration to assess vaccination needs and ensure compliance with vaccination schedules. Ensures proper vaccination compliance for school-age children by reviewing Florida Shots records, developing profiles for new students, accurately translating foreign vaccination records, and maintaining up-to-date records to ensure students have completed the requirements to start school in Florida. Ensures that proper parental consent is provided and contacts parents regarding any concerns indicated in the consent. Communicate with parents to ensure their understanding of Florida's immunization requirements, educate them about immunization schedules, provide the necessary 680 forms, and assist them in navigating the follow-up process to remain on schedule.
