Demonstrate the ability to work independently and effectively manage a caseload of patients. Possess strong diagnostic skills and extensive knowledge of psychiatric medications and treatment modalities. Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
