Responsibilities

The Clinical Educator is responsible for the planning, organizing, development, and implementation of our educational development and activities program for nursing personnel. This key role will help create a framework of educational programs that promote the growth and development of licensed and unlicensed staff.


Qualifications

Job Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required
  • Current valid NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License
  • Minimum of 1-3+ years’ experience as an RN in a hospital setting and education experience that includes leadership, facilitator, and educator experience
  • Experience in developing and facilitating nursing/healthcare education programs

Preferred Job Requirements: 

  • Master’s degree in nursing preferred
  • Experience in leveraging learning management systems

Rate of pay is determined based on experience and education and may include other pay components such as differentials and call pay based on role.
