Minimum Qualifications Education Associate Degree in Nursing. Baccalaureate degree preferred. Experience Minimum two years of medical/surgical experience required. Knowledge and experience in the practice of community health nursing preferred. Licensure and/or Certification Current license as a professional nurse in Massachusetts required.
