Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures. Oversee census management, admissions, moveins, and discharges. Ensure staff competency, training compliance, and adherence to care standards. Resident & Family Experience Serve as a primary point of contact for residents and families. CrossCampus Collaboration (ALF–SNF) Maintain strong working relationships with Skilled Nursing leadership and clinical teams. Medicaid Coordination & Financial Eligibility Support residents and families through the Medicaid application and eligibility process.
